Time to Go Inward

Now is the time to commit to the process of doing the inner work to have a more spiritually rich and fulfilling life. It is understandable that making this commitment can be hard for some because inner change requires a high-level of transparency. The alternative would be to allow yourself to remain in cycles and patterns that keep you stagnant. Accompany that stagnancy with inner bitterness and resentment - you have the makings of a miserable person. This requires a unilateral decision by someone who is ready to get relentless about their inner change. Consider taking incremental steps to actualize an internal shift. First step, identify what you need to let go of.

It is time to go inward to do the work because with internal shifts comes positive external results. It is time to go inside and figure out what you need to uproot and release. It is time to let go of hurt, pain, bitterness, unforgiveness, and most importantly the past. All of these things will weigh you down and hold you back from living your best life. It is time to experience more joy and to love yourself wholeheartedly. It will not be easy going inward but it will lead to wonderful self-discoveries, a lighter heart, and a more optimistic perspective on life. You will have to set up measures to hold yourself accountable and have things in place to motivate you when the journey feels overwhelming. Most of all, place your full trust in the process!

This is my challenge to you - start releasing all inner-negativity and explore the person you were created to be. Explore what brings you joy, what triggers you, how you want your life to look and feel, and write down the vision for your future. I encourage you to practice patience and grace on your journey to become a better you. It takes courage to explore the core of who you are and to change negative attributes. When you feel everything is coming to the surface, when you are faced with a test to see if you are learning the lessons, and when you feel like it is all too much - keep going. Again, this journey will not be an easy one, but trust me it leads to inner-enrichment. Enjoy your journey going inward!
