New Methods Yield New Results

What are you willing to do differently to change your life in the upcoming new year? What are you willing to release in order to welcome the new beginnings you have been envisioning? What methods are you willing to switch up in order to yield new results in each aspect of your life? It will take being completely candid with yourself when answering these questions then deciding to become relentless in your pursuit to bring your deepest desires to fruition. The healthier, more vibrant you is waiting for you to make new decisions, to break old patterns, and to uproot flawed thinking. The thriving, more successful you (based on your personal definition of success) is waiting for you to integrate the lessons learned and to execute on the ideas that have been lying dormant within you. The joyful, more fulfilled you is tapping you on the shoulder to be conscientious about acting on the things that ignite joy within you and living out your purpose.

Producing new results requires new methods, new habits, and upgrading your internal belief system. Due to the contrasting nature of converting your old methods to new methods, you will absolutely experience discomfort. Think of it as par for the course and develop the ability to lean into it. Discomfort is fleeting and a natural part of the process, so strengthen your determination to keep going until you see a breakthrough. New methods will yield new results, but you will have to release people and things along the way. Alternatively, some people and things may naturally fall away due to the realignment that is happening. Many people do not actualize the life changes they want to see because they run from the process when it becomes uncomfortable to return to what is familiar. The familiar is what will keep you in the same stagnant cycles year after year if you keep implementing the same old methods. As you journey into the new away from the familiar, please ground yourself in grace and patience.

Joy Gem: Self-Coaching Exercise | (1) Write down 2-4 things you want to shift for the better in your life. (2) For each item, write down your current method and the results it has garnered. (3) Next, list a new method that positively replaces the old that you can readily implement. (4) Detail the new results you desire to actualize to know if you are moving the needle. (5) Choose one of the items you want to shift and focus on executing the new method you crafted for 3 months or until you see new results. Repeat these steps accordingly for each item on your list.
