Are You Willing?

Starting this post with some compelling questions to provoke reflection. Are you willing to deny your flesh to be obedient to God and what He is leading you to do? Are you willing to let go of the people, places, and things that are holding you back in order to move forward? Are you willing to seek help and support to undergo a healing journey to finally get free from the trauma from your past? Are you willing to actively work on renewing your mind to embody a healthier perspective, gain a new outlook on life, and to rebuild a positive foundation for your self-esteem? Are you willing to uproot and relocate to a new place to embark on the new life your spirit has been yearning for? Are you willing to finally free yourself from that toxic church or spiritual group that has not led you to genuine spiritual transformation, nor an intimate relationship with God, taught you religiosity instead of Biblical doctrine, and tainted your view on love? Are you willing to say no this is no longer good for my well-being and walk away for good from what or who has been repeatedly causing you harm? Are you willing to be the full expression of who you are and stop fearing rejection? Are you willing?

Any idea, goal, vision, dream, desire, change, and leap of faith starts with an internal willingness. Willingness to make a decision and stand on it along with the willingness to take the proper action toward seeing it through. It takes a strong willingness to embark on a new journey to change or uproot an aspect of your life because you decided you want better for yourself. It takes a deep willingness to make the decision to embody a healthy and fit lifestyle because you care about aging with grace and a high level of vitality. It takes a profound willingness to build a personal relationship with God, to know and meditate on His word, to ground yourself in knowing His good and righteous character, to fellowship with the body of Christ in love and joy. Check in with your level of willingness to determine if it aligns with the level of change you desire or the dream you want to bring to fruition.
